I have been a receptionist at Care Animal Hospital since May of 1994. Growing up in Illinois, I lived in both southern and northern California before settling in Colorado. Prior to joining CAH, I worked for a recreation center, in the personnel department of a semiconductor company and in a bank before and between raising my two sons. I enjoy my current job more than any other (with the exception of raising my children, of course!). |

| My husband, Tom, and I have 2 grown sons. Sean is a student at C.U. in Boulder, studying Economics. Justin is a college grad currently enjoying a career as an electrician. We live in a semi-rural neighborhood which allows us to keep two pygmy goats, Omar and Kacey. We also have a dog, Kizzy, and two cats, Rollie and Scotty. |

Kizzy was adopted from Table Mountain Animal Center as a 3 month old stray in November 2002. She has grown into a sweet, fun-loving pet whose current best friend is Scotty, our 6 month old kitten. Scotty was one of the kittens from the two litters of motherless babies that made their way to us at Care Animal Hospital in the fall of 2003 and were hand-raised by technicians Marla and Cindy. Scotty, too, is always looking for a good time, and watching he and Kizzy play and cuddle together is quite entertaining. |

| One of the best things about my job is the daily contact with so many animals, allowing me to get my "puppy and kitten" fix while keeping my family's pet population within semi-manageable limits! My other interests include gardening, reading, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors and occasional home decorating projects. |

Annie, Donovan and Mario have passed on, but will always be remembered with great affection. As you can see, they lived the good life while sharing their lives with us. |
